T'Ebony N. Torain is a twenty-four year old abstinence educator from Hopkinsville, KY. She enjoys working with young people of diverse backgrounds in order to promote the importance of abstaining from all sexual activity outside of marriage. She enjoys working with Heritage of Kentucky because she believes it gives her the perfect opportunity to empower young people to make healthy decisions. In addition, she is a strong believer in the importance of character building principles and challenging young people to set high goals, fulfill their dreams, and overcome any obstacle set before them. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, writing, and public speaking. She receives inspiration from watching others succeed, the wisdom of elders, her family, and most important her Christian faith. When asked about her ultimate goal she replied, "Although, I do not know the total design and intent of my destiny, I desire for others to birth and nurture a strong desire to excel in their own lives."
